R3 Body Recovery aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, this policy explains when you can request a return, refund, or exchange.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through www.R3BodyRecovery.com.

 

2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, such as:
• Personal care or body-use products
• Products that are sealed for health protection once unsealed

 

3. Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
